
ROBERTO CASULA CEO
Roberto Casula is the founder of Cocciopesto Restauri, a leading restoration company specialising in archeological and traditional conservation, founded in 1984 based in Bergamo.
Roberto has developed extensive studies on materials related mortars and plasters, he also has various experiences in the programming of preliminary investigations of pilot historical conservative sites.
He has carried out restoration projects in various sites related to the preservation of artistic cultural heritage, including those related to the conservation of archeological sites as well as historic buildings from the Roman period to the twentieth century and cultural structures such as museum buildings, theatre and private buildings of which he also takes care of the interiors while preserving their original condition. As for private commissions, period villas, and for museum buildings or entities belonging to the legislation of cultural heritage, it takes care of the preparation of the finishes, such as plasters and the arrangement of vintage furnishings, guaranteeing the best use of the environments in their functions.
Main interventions fulfilled such as preservation and prevention on historical sites such as Cenacolo Vinciano, Certosa di Pavia museum rooms, various archeological sites such as Roman villa in Desenzano del Garda, Roman Baths in Predore BG, Roman villa in Toscolano Maderno BS, former convent of the "Neveri" in Bariano BG. Always supervised by the Superintendencies.

MONICA M. BIAGI COO
Monica has extensive experience in conservation.
In his thirty-year career, he has completed conservation projects on paintings, polychrome sculptures and frescos on private commission on behalf of the National Trust, museums, superintendencies of archeological heritage and auction houses in the United Kingdom and Italy.
Monica is a conservator and an art historian specialised in the period from the fourteenth to the twentieth century, with a three-year degree (with honors) in Cultural Heritage Studies at the University of Milan, Italy. Before completing this degree, he obtained a diploma in Technical Restoration of Cultural Heritage at the Italian Institute of Art Crafts and Restoration in Rome.
Monica recently completed a former MBA with lours at the University of Greenwich, in the United Kingdom.
After years of conservative projects in the field of fine arts in the United Kingdom and Italy, he deals with conservative projects that also involve the commission of frescos, as well as canvases and cultural heritage physical artifacts to architectural conservation.
As a conservator he has scientific and technical skills having worked for decades as a conservator and an art historian.
Among the professional assignments are the various conservation projects for private commissions, museums, galleries or superintendencies.
He has knowledge in preventive and competent conservation in areas such as polychrome sculpture, easel painting, frames, fresco, which cover all conservation operations from structural consolidation, to cleaning up to advice on the future care of the commissioned property.
As an art historian, he fulfils all the works under his responsibility with in-depth studies and targeted research.
